Cloud9ine Photoshoot with Music Artist Marika May

So recently i had shot what has become the original album art for up and coming music artist Marika May. Her music is a cross between what sounds like Kelis,meets Lil Kim, meets Trina, sexy and not scared to be out with it, which ironically is right up my alley. The 1st photoshoot went so well that i figured i could get her in a few cloud9ine tees and go for a round two, which turned out to be a dope idea! shooting her was super easy and fluid and we were able to shoot three different tee's with only an hour and half of daylight left. check Marika May's music at http://www.myspace.com/marikamay

Cloud9ine Photoshoot March 2009

sup folks, here are some pics from a photoshoot that took place in Downtown LA in March. The models being featured are Krystin () Victoria who came all the way down from mid-cali to LA, and a good friend and artist Ina from germany visiting. Most of the photographs are from a good friend and up and coming photographer Ricky . He took some really dope pics and while we were setting up for our first test shots randomly wandering in DTLA we run into Ina! it was crazy because Ina,Ricky and myself had all been in a artshow that took place in Mexico and it was the 1st time we had seen one another since 2006,so it was a mini reunion! on a spontaneous not, and due to the fact that Ina is obviously a very pretty german lady we put her in a cloud9ine tee and wahlah, nothing but photographic magic!
